A special provision of the NAV Act now allows continuous access to automatic case processing and thus complies with the requirements of the EU Privacy Regulation (GDPR).

Completely unemployed, partially unemployed and job seekers
According to preliminary data, 108 people are registered as completely unemployed in NAV. This is 300% of the workforce. Gross unemployment, which is the sum of the total number of unemployed and jobseekers by measure, amounts to 3,8 people, or 123% of the workforce.
In addition, 71 people are registered as partially unemployed. Thus, a total of 500 people are registered as jobseekers with NAV, which represents 195% of the workforce.
