How to secure remuneration for your employees

. NAV needs help from the employer to pay wages to employees who have been laid off or sent on permittering. 

More than 39 employers have now reported to NAV so that their employees receive their wages. We still lack registration of some employers.

Two things must be taken care of.

Employers need to do two things to NAV paid out remuneration for dismissed employees:

One. Report sick leave and information about working conditions in form "a". Without this information, NAV cannot automatically process cases and pay wage compensation to the employee or reimburse the employer for wages over time. You can read more about the news here and see what you've reported.

How to secure your salary:

Two. Then submit your information for consideration by NAV for compensation and reimbursement . This is what causes compensation for the dismissed person's wage and reimbursement for the employer.

Wages for employees

We calculate and pay wages directly to your employees who have been made redundant and who have not received your split wages during the same period. Up to 18 days, the maximum salary is 6G.

Employer reimbursement

We will refund your company's money, if you have spread out the salaries of the laid-off employees. The refund period may be longer than 18 days, but the total refund amount is limited to 18 days, with a maximum of 6G per day.
