Heavy snowfall causes traffic congestion in several places in Norway, these roads are closed
Snow falling all night causes great difficulties in virtually the entire south-eastern region of Norway. Already at night and in the morning, the police received reports on road accidents and obstructions. Also in Oslo there are places with difficult driving conditions and delays on public transport.

- It has been snowing all night, it will last all Thursday. There are areas with difficult road conditions and all mountain passes from east to west are now closed. Traffic operator Øst Mette Brunes says, adding that it is difficult to estimate when the passes will reopen.
You have to drive carefully, slow down and add extra travel time.
As the Norwegian Meteorological Institute writes, there is no doubt that "Kong Vinter" is well at home in the south and east.
