The government decided that the relief should be included in the documentation requirement with which foreigners are considered residents in Norway, and thus have the right of entry. This means that there will no longer be a registration requirement to be considered resident in Norway in accordance with the regulations about entry restrictions. Foreigners who are not registered as residents will need to submit other documents proving that they live in Norway. This means that must submit documentation of permanent residence in Norway, and must also be able to prove that they are returning after going abroad/temporarily staying abroad.
