Stange commune - what do we know about the sculpture?

Linda Bakke, a local artist, is the author of the largest sperm sculpture. The work of art will be 11,5 meters high and 2,5 meters wide. The whole thing is made of polished steel. A total of NOK 168.000 has already been allocated for this purpose, z The commune will award the artist CZK 782.000. For the city authorities, it is a great way to promote this region.

“Even though it's expensive and unusual, I think we have to do it to do. We say about an incredibly good work of art that will make our commune visible on the map.” – said Aasa Gjestvang from the local Center Party structures.

Labor politician Bjarne H. Christiansen is also delighted with the idea and believes that the sculpture shows the face of the municipality of Stange.
