Driving while under the influence of amphetamines in Norway. The time has come to equate amphetamine use with alcohol and to set fixed limits on your convictions
“When we know that several people involved in road traffic accidents have been diagnosed with amphetamines and that this is a growing problem, I think it is time to equate amphetamine use with alcohol and set fixed sentence limits for this drug as well. The introduction of rigid borders could increase traffic safety, contribute to equal treatment and streamline court proceedings, says the Minister of Transport and Communications.
