The minimum level of pensions for single people will be increased and it has been regulated in a new way. The new regulation applies to all recipients of a pension or AFP in the public sector.

  • The minimum pension level for single people has been increased by NOK 4 from May 000, 1. Another NOK 2020 from July 5, 000.
  • The pension regulations in 2021 have been changed so that the pension is increased by the average price increases and wages. However, not higher than the increase in employee salaries.
  • AFP in the public sector is regulated in the same way as pensions from the social security system.
  • With the regulation of May 1, 2021, compensation is granted as if new recipe the regulation was introduced on May 1, 2020.
