The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo together with the Department of International Cooperation of the Social Insurance Institution organizes an online meeting as part of counseling for Poles abroad in terms of pensions and disability benefits. As of today, this form of communication with specialists, in our opinion, will meet the expectations of our citizens and will be, for the time being, as good a solution as face-to-face meetings.
The online meeting will be held on the Webex platform, it will last approx. 90 minutes (with possible extension if necessary). During the webinar, representatives of ZUS will give a general presentation on the rights and obligations of Poles abroad. We will then move on to the Q&A session. Participants / guests will be able to ask questions in chat or by speaking into your own microphone on your device (laptop, mobile, tablet). The interviewer will read the questions asked in the chat to the expert in a "question and answer" session.
To ask a question using the microphone, you must first report, ie "raise your hand" (the button in the lower right corner of the screen, in some devices visible after selecting the "more" option). In the question and answer session, the meeting leader will give you the floor and the moderator will turn on your microphone. The camera will remain off. After asking a question, please uncheck the same icon "raise your hand", in addition, the moderator will block your microphone again.

Guests join the meeting by clicking on the link above. To join the meeting, you must enter your name and surname (or nickname) and e-mail address (not necessarily real). No pre-registration is needed. By default, the event password should be provided by Webex (as shown in the screenshot - in dotted form). If this does not happen, enter the password "Norway". Then click "join now" (if Webex meetings is installed) or "Join via NEW!". In the first case, when the Webex window appears, you have to click the green "join" button again.
