"I am disappointed with the Minister of Justice's inaction on this matter," said Sveinung Stensland, who recently took over as spokesperson for justice policy at NTB.

He proposes the introduction of permanent weapons in endangered areas in Oslo. In addition, he suggests that members of criminal gangs should be able to prohibit them from staying without prosecution.
Stensland also wants to introduce an amnesty for weapons, avoiding the punishment for handing over illegal weapons at a specific time.
