All this so that non-digital users can also obtain a certificate based on the test results, announced on Friday government .

The obligation comes into force on 1 February, but also before this date, municipalities have the opportunity to offer such a printout.

The printing offer is only valid for those who have undergone testing at the municipal test stations, the regulations allow the municipality to choose to print the certificate also for those who have tested themselves outside their municipalities.

The obligation is limited to the coronavirus certification on the basis of the test. This is so that municipalities are not burdened with the printing of certificates on the basis of vaccines and past disease.

The municipalities' expenditure on offering printing is covered under the normal compensation schemes for the municipal sector.
