Like last year, spring exams should be canceled. This is what the Student Organization says, saying that the academic situation still gives grounds for appeal.

- With the green level in upper secondary schools and so much pressure on infections. There will be differences in infectious agents across the country. We believe that this, coupled with the loss of schooling for almost two years, gives more reasons to cancel the spring exams than to complete them, Student Organization leader Edvard Botterli Udnæs told Utdanningsnytt.

Those who are now pre-exams only completed one regular semester before the coronavirus pandemic broke out. Udnæs emphasizes that these students had to adapt to a school day characterized by home study and constant change.

- There were so many differences in the education these students received. Last year, it was one of the arguments that it was impossible to pass the exam. He believes that this argument should be just as effective this year.
