Pole dance in Drammen - Aleksandra Bartek

My name is Aleksandra Bratek, I am 26 years old. For less than a year now, I have been the proud owner of a pole dance studio in Drammen – Project Madness Studio. Why Project Madness? Because this whole mistake would have been on par with madness from the start. Starting from my young age and being a student of the last year of the master's degree, to the chasing deadlines and the construction of the studio, including the spout.

I started Pole Dance at the age of 18, so quite late, but I fell in love at first sight. This sport, although seen by most as a dance of strippers - with which they do not assimilate in any way, is characterized by incredible physical activity, and for several years even an Olympic sport. It gives you the feeling that anything is possible. It builds your own self-esteem, builds amazing strength and flexibility! This sport is suitable for both men and women. Many people starting Pole Dance notice a significant improvement in body control during everyday activities as well as in the gym, increased mobility, weight reduction and a significant increase in muscle mass.

Project Madness Studio is supposed to be a safe haven for anyone who wants to try something new and is not afraid of challenges. The atmosphere in the studio is very friendly and supportive. It's thanks to our amazing students and instructors who work in the studio. Classes are conducted in a number of no more than 12 people, which allows us to teach our students thoroughly and carefully.

The most important thing for me is that everyone should be aware that you don't have to be "smaller" or stronger, more stretched. You don't have to be younger or more confident to start pole dancing. I always say that everyone should come as they are and then we will start working together on plans, assumptions and goals related to expectations. You just need patience and time and the results will come!
