Wondering when you should sell your property?
You have an idea to sell your property, but you are wondering if this is the right time?

January

January is known to be a good month to sell a home.
The real estate market in January is often characterized by a large number of properties, so it is important to be early and advertise your property well.

Luty

Historically, house prices tend to rise in both January and February.
Spring and winter are two very different seasons. Therefore, it is important to choose the right time to sell your property in terms of, among other things, the type of property.
Homes without gardens or outdoor areas generally remain more stable throughout the year. However, if you are selling a house or apartment with a garden, terrace or other types of outdoor areas, it is more varied. For example, if you have a very nice balcony or roof terrace, I recommend waiting until April or May.

March and April

The spring sale of flats starts in March and April. What you should consider before listing your property for sale is when is Easter.
If Easter comes late, it might be a good idea to sell before Easter. If it comes early, it's a good idea to wait until Easter.

May, June and July

In June, the temperature in the housing market is high, just like in May. June may be the last chance to sell and buy a home before the holidays.
The advantage of buying and selling in the summer is that most people have more time to spend on moving or renovating their home.

August

As I said, house prices tend to go up at the beginning of the year, then drop slightly in the spring and summer before picking up again in August.

September, October and November

In autumn, interest is lower and fewer people are looking for a home. This also leads to a slight decrease in prices again after a warm spring and summer.
With fewer homes for sale, it will be easier for you to showcase your home. If you are going to sell an attractive house, it is easier to get the attention of other houses in this.

. December

December is a hectic month for many, with holiday shopping, holiday closings and Christmas parties. That's why many of us decide to wait until January purchasing your dream property.
While you may not get the highest price for your home, December is not necessarily a bad month to sell. The advantages of selling real estate in December include: a smaller number of properties on the market and a high probability that we will find a person with a real need to buy a house, regardless of market trends.
