How long can a product be advertised and what is needed to file a complaint?
If intensive use of kitchen equipment leads to failure, then you may need to file a complaint. A complaint is a formal complaint about equipment that is not performing as expected or is defective. If the failure of the kitchen equipment occurred during the warranty period, then you can contact the manufacturer or seller with a request to repair or replace the product with a new one. If you have difficulty obtaining a satisfactory response from the manufacturer or seller, you can contact the organization consumer protection.
For up to five years, you can complain about defects resulting from poor product quality
If you bought something from a professional dealer, such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine or dishwasher, you can claim for two or five years. However, if you buy something from a private person, you have two years to do it.
Here are examples of products with a five-year warranty period: refrigerators, freezers, washing machines and dishwashers are examples of products with a five-year warranty period.

If the error is due to a manufacturing error or you did not receive what you paid for, it is the reseller's responsibility to resolve the issue. However, if the error is due to something you did or an accident, you are solely responsible. However, you can take advantage of insurance if you have one.
Can you apply for a replacement product?
If the repair takes more than a week, you are entitled to borrow a replacement from the shop if it is not unreasonably expensive for the shop. If this is not possible, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
In most cases, you don't have to take your broken equipment to the store because the stores offer on-site repair services. If a defect is found, the seller covers the costs of examining, returning the damaged product, bringing the borrowed product and returning a new or repaired product.
The right to withdraw from the contract
If you make a purchase outside a fixed point of sale, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, but this does not apply to purchases in a stationary store. In case of dissatisfaction with the purchase, it is worth filing a complaint with the seller.
