mObywatel application with high user ratings

As we read in the news from the Ministry of Digitization, the mObywatel application has over 16 million downloads. Observing the increase in ratings of the most popular public administration application in Poland, it can be admitted that it is a tool that responds to the needs of many citizens. The overall rating of the mObywatel 2.0 application in Google Play is 4,8 (based on 85 thousand ratings), and in the App Store it is 4,6 (based on 66 thousand ratings).

The mObywatel application is a free, public mobile application thanks to which we can gain quick access to our documents and data. We will find there, among others: mID, mDriving License, vehicle history, penalty points, or ID cards, including school, student and pensioner IDs. In addition, we can, among others: report an Environmental Violation, Reserve your PESEL number, check the Air Quality, e-prescriptions issued to us, make an e-Visit at ZUS. We can also use the Elections or Safe Bus functions - we read in the news from the Ministry of Digital Affairs

In addition, in the mObywatel application you can quickly and without commission pay your financial obligations issued by the office, for example real estate tax or garbage collection fee. This service is currently at the pilot stage - List of offices in the pilot – ePłatności – Gov.pl portal (www.gov.pl)

– We want the application to increasingly become the center of contact between citizens and the administration and to handle as many of their daily matters as possible through it. We focus on maximum usefulness for citizens, said Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski and emphasized that specialists constantly monitor users' comments, comments and suggestions. Thank you for every comment, including constructive criticism, all votes are analyzed. It's great that users are actually building this app with us. We collect emerging ideas, and within the application we have launched the "Report an Idea" function so that users can actually influence the development of the application - added the Deputy Prime Minister.

The last one made available in mObywatel 2.0. functions – Reserve your PESEL number – enjoys great interest. In total, Poles registered their PESEL number 1 times, of which 549. times the service was used in the mObywatel application. However, in the Google Play and App Store, when the PESEL reservation was made available, we received over 500. positive opinions, which was a daily record in the history of the mObywatel application.
