Sleep is one of the basic human needs, along with eating and drinking. An adequate amount of sleep is essential for the proper functioning of the body, both physical and mental. Or maybe you don't know that we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping. This is a lot and that is why downplaying this space of time in our lives cannot go unnoticed for our health.

It must be said that a sleep disorder is falling asleep late after many hours in bed, waking up at night (even several times), but also difficult waking up, i.e. the effect of feeling tired which accompanies many people and they cannot name it correctly. Sleeping too long also requires attention and action, because it is also a disorder.

Since I have been helping people with such ailments, I have been sticking to the principle: I take care of my daily habits and implement Lifewave bioelectrodes to effectively stimulate the body to correct the situation. I noticed the best results after using Silent Night, Aeon, Alavida and X39. More about Lifewave: https://lifewave.com/pablopaches

But read the article because there you will find a lot of tips that you can implement at no cost.

Why is sleep so important?

What does it give us if we practice it well?

  • Rest and regeneration: During sleep, our body rests and regenerates. The brain processes information collected throughout the day and the body repairs damaged cells. Every day in accordance with the so-called Our bodies carry out regenerative processes throughout the daily cycle.
  • Immune Boost: Sleep strengthens our immune system, which helps protect us against disease. Think about it, have you ever fallen ill when you were tired and sleep-deprived?
  • Improved cognitive function: Sleep improves our memory, concentration and learning ability. This is a very obvious but very overlooked point. But it's one thing if you fail the night before the exam because you studied hard... and another thing if your sleep disorders are a daily occurrence. How can you work, be effective and satisfied with yourself if you start every day with energy shortages and your brain saves the situation.
  • Emotional regulation: Sleep helps us regulate our emotions and prevent mental health problems. Here, many people probably won't notice a direct correlation, but there is. Irritability, lack of patience, aggressive reactions to family or co-workers are the beginning that can even lead to serious depression. Your emotions are also related to the hormonal system, so there's a lot going on here happening (of course it's bad when you don't care about sleep)
  • Weight management: Sleep deprivation can lead to increased appetite and weight gain. It's also possible that I surprised you here, but... an unstable hormonal system is a situation in which many women (and men too) complain about gaining weight. The topic is broader, I am only signaling the importance of the matter here.
  • And I could find a few other reasons, but if you focus on these and find your motivation in them, that's enough... then my article will fulfill its purpose.

What causes sleep disorders?

  • Stress: Stress is one of the most common causes of sleep problems. We live in a world where the amount of stimuli we are bombarded with exceeds our ability to defend ourselves. In addition, the rush of life and the lifestyle we have been told to always be beautiful, ready, good enough and active. It increases the level of cortisol and adrenaline. Disturbances in the production of other hormones, the functioning of our internal organs and, importantly, the emergence of many inflammation in the body, which in turn are the genesis of many diseases.
  • Lack of melatonin or other micro-macro compounds: It is no secret that people who report sleep problems, the first advice they get from a doctor is a prescription for "melatonin" tablets. So its level is an important element. However, I am not a fan of pills and I do not recommend them to you....
  • Inappropriate sleep habits: Inappropriate sleep habits such as irregular sleeping hours, use electronic devices before bed, or consuming caffeine before bed or eating, may also cause sleep problems.
  • Shift work or night work - it has already been scientifically proven that u people professionally burdened with night work or shift, the entire system is out of control. You won't be able to sleep through sleepless nights during the day... or ever after. And these studies show that in these people the risk of cancer is high level. What you do with this information is up to you.
  • Pain - if you suffer from pain, it is difficult for you to sleep well, if you cannot cope with it, chronic pain will disturb the quality of your sleep... So sometimes to improve sleep you need to address other topics in the right way,
  • Diseases: Some diseases, such as depression, anxiety or thyroid disease, can also cause sleep problems. It is a closed circle, a situation that often has no solution. Either bad sleep causes disease or disease can cause bad sleep.

How to fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed

Quick tips now! To be introduced from today!

  • Maintain regular sleep times: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. And make sure you get the perfect amount of sleep for yourself.
  • Create a relaxing atmosphere before bed: Turn off electronic devices an hour before bed (blue light is a powerful enemy that I will talk about another time), turn off the router at home at night, relax in your favorite way by reading a book, doing meditation or taking a bath.
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed: Caffeine and alcohol can make it harder to fall asleep.
  • Don't eat for at least 3 hours before bed… I won't elaborate here, you probably know what I mean.
  • Take care of the appropriate temperature in the bedroom: The bedroom should be dark, quiet and cool. But you should be warm, so a ventilated bedroom and socks are OK.
  • Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can improve the quality of your sleep. You can consider walking, cycling or training at the gym as regular exercise. Everyone chooses it according to themselves and their needs, but our lymphatic system needs movement because it puts it into action. If you don't move, toxins stay in your body.
  • Consult a doctor or other therapist: If you have sleep problems that persist, consult someone who can help you. Sometimes this step separates you from a better life.

Sleep is essential for our health and good well-being. By ensuring the appropriate amount and quality of sleep, we can ensure our health and homeostasis.

What if there is a natural and safe solution without chemicals and side effects?!!

As a child, you had a lot of a substance in your body called melatonin. That's why you had beautiful, clear and colorful dreams... what if you had technology that could do that?

Silent Night is a product created for people suffering from insomnia, short sleep, and impaired regeneration during normal sleep, and independent experts unanimously confirm that it is more effective than any sleeping pill!!!

However, Silent Night can also help you sleep better. If you sleep more than 7-8 hours a day and are constantly sleep-deprived, this product may shorten your sleep while making you feel more rested. This is because it lowers brain waves, allowing you to enter into a deeper and more regenerative sleep, and also helps regulate melatonin in the body. Most people dreamed again after using the patches, and their sleep was finally regenerative.

BETTER SLEEP QUALITY – Silent Night

This is an extraordinary product. It was developed using LifeWave® nanotechnology. It is intended for people who have problems with insomnia, light sleep, nighttime tossing, mental hyperactivity or stress-related conditions (such as anxiety or nervousness). However, its benefits may also be of interest to anyone who wants to enjoy deeper and more regenerative sleep. It will give us the opportunity to get up in the morning with new energy before the alarm clock rings!

Independent scientific research on the Silent Nights® product conducted by the world-famous scientist prof. Thomas H. Budzynski documented its extraordinary properties of lowering brain waves to the alpha state in a completely natural and safe way. Many users using Silent Nights® felt that their need for sleep was reduced by 1,5 hours, their dreams became more vivid and clear, and they found it much easier to get up in the morning.

See for yourself how the Lifewave® Silent Nights® product, thanks to the use of nanotechnology, can naturally and completely safely improve your sleep, thereby supporting your body's self-regeneration processes. And all this without side effects because no chemical substance penetrates the body
