From the photos sent to me it is clear that the structure between the barracks, i.e. the upper and lower part, is rotten. As a result, the upper part of the barracks collapsed, but as you can see, the lower part simply collapsed.
It is not known yet what will happen with people who live there. We will post information on current events in this article.
Currently, the inspection is carried out by the owner, the evacuation of property is in progress.
