The actor will spend 3 to 10 years behind bars, and it was for the rape and intoxication of Andrei Constand in 2004. The actor will serve a sentence in the Phoenix prison, which was opened just two months ago for use. The prison has many amenities such as a hairdresser, chapel, gym and library. Additionally, prisoners will be able to participate in various types of activities and therapy.

The prison department has dealt more than once with famous people who committed crimes and ended up behind bars. Department spokeswoman Amy Worden told CNN that Bill Cosby would be treated like any other inmate without unnecessary privileges.
