It is difficult to say when the disease may spread in a given area. When visiting family and friends, it is worth asking about the emergency. WHO reports that the disease has stopped spreading in America, but it is not an established condition. In Africa and Asia, the risk is constant, hence travel vaccination is recommended. Before leaving, it is advisable to consult your pediatrician.
