My name is Gabriel Sołtys. My adventure with Kangoo Jumps began two years ago, when it was gray and gloomy outside the window and I was thinking how I could improve my mood, mood, health (I had a knee injury and tightness in my hip) at the same time I got a few videos from my friend ( Dorota Chodnicka) in this video of a girl jumping in kangoo shoes, which I must admit made a huge impression on me, smile and joy that I quickly found everything possible about training in these shoes and ordered them for myself.
YouTube 24/2021 (ha ha) and I was learning the basics step by step. I trained all year round, in the summer outdoors, in the winter at home and in the garage. In July XNUMX, I signed up for a fitness instructor course, because it was a condition for me to join the Kangoo Jumps Power instructor course.
