How much water should we really drink?

We can often meet with the statement that a potential person should provide the body with 2 to 2,5 liters of fluids per day to prevent dehydration. However, there is no scientific confirmation that these calculations are correct, but it is assumed that this is roughly the same amount of water per day. However, it should be remembered that water is not only available in plastic bottles on a shelf in a store or on a tap. So where else to look for her?

Probably most of you like fruit and vegetables, so the good news is that you will find a rich source of water in them. An interesting fact is that they consist of over 80% -90% water, which is why they are an ideal component of our diet, which will allow our body to hydrate, but also provide it with a large dose of hello.

Knowing the necessary amount of fluid that we should provide to our body every day and knowing that vegetables and fruits are a rich source of water, we should get to know those products that have the most water in them. Below is a list:
