Employee problems

The main reason why Solidarity is demanding changes is the fact that many employees are overtired, the journey from work to home at night can be problematic because many employees work in small towns. It's the same with getting there employee to work In monday morning.

No communication

You can read about the whole matter at Next.gazeta.pl. Mr. Alfred Bujara, who is the chairman of the national secretariat of banks, trade and social security of NSZZ "Solidarność", claims that in the current situation no one is thinking about an employee. Unfortunately, Ms Renata Juszkiewicz, president of the Polish Trade and Distribution Organization, believes that Mr. Alfred's opinion offends employees of other trade departments. Additionally, he believes that extending the number of hours without trading to 31h would "hit the consumer."
