The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Oslo was established in 2011. Since then, the branch has not slowed down, and thanks to Magdalena Rybska - the current Chief of Staff - a charity organization called WOŚP OSLO was registered. Many attractions and traditional annual auctions are planned for the next Final.

WOŚP in Oslo - beginnings

The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Oslo was established in 2011, and the first Chief of Staff was Izabela Polińska. She performed this function for 3 years. In 2015 - after establishing cooperation with PSB PROFF - this position was taken by Dariusz Bobko.

Magdalena Rybska, who joined the team in 2012, was associated with the strict management practically from the very beginning of the WOŚP branch in Oslo. At the same time, she was conducting games in the children's area. In 2013 and 2014, she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff, and in 2015-2017 she was the Organizer The final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Currently, she has been nominated for the position of Chief of Staff, mainly for the success of registering the WOŚP OSLO Charitable Organization.

The WOŚP in Oslo operates all year round

According to Magdalena Rybska in an interview with Radio Wataha - WOŚP in Oslo, she is preparing for the Final all year round: “Every person responsible for a given department on the day of the Final must prepare very well. It is also essential that all necessary activities are properly planned. " The group of volunteers is growing every year - now there are about 100 of them. Activities are also undertaken throughout the year to promote the branch - for example, in June they took part in a two-day picnic for children.

Final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Oslo 2019

The final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in the capital of Norway will be held - as every year - in January. According to Magdalena Rybska's assurances, there will be attractions for everyone. However, he does not want to reveal the details. He can only say that rapper Liber will perform for the first time in Norway.

Auctions are also planned. On the day of the Final, i.e. January 13, you will be able to buy a number of interesting items, including a calendar signed by Jakub Błaszczykowski, an autographed book by Tomasz Zimoch, CDs with autographs of the Ania Mru Mru cabaret and Moralny Niepokoju, vouchers for cosmetic services, etc.

Pol'And'Rock Festival 2019

Magdalena Rybska in an interview with Radio Wataha also revealed that the WOŚP branch in Oslo is going to attend next year's Pol'And'Rock Festival. At the last edition - at the urging of Jurek Owsiak - the "Village of foreign staffs of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity" was created. Activists from Norway plan to go to her in 2019 to be volunteers from other countries.
