California fires
A fire in northern California broke out last Thursday and the fire department is still struggling to put it out. It's been 8 days of hard and endless fighting. Unfortunately, this is not the only fire, because the services are fighting the second powerful fire that appeared in the southern part of the state. This is the first such large fire in this area since 1933. Exactly 85 years ago, the most tragic fire was recorded, which led to the death of 29 people. Today it was announced that no 63 people are already alive, and as many as 631 are considered missing.

A dramatic number of missing people
Unfortunately, the number of missing persons is increasing day by day due to the extensive fire. Sheriff Kory Honea advises not to kill people on the list. “The chaos that prevails in this situation leads to the fact that people run away wherever they can and may be simply unaware that they are being wanted. I believe that many of these people are alive, but they are afraid of fire and they just save themselves. This existing chaos also leads to many problems related to the flow of information. Please understand us, we are doing everything we can, ”said Sheriff Kory Honea at the last press conference. The numbers of missing people in Butte are the most tragic. It was there that their number increased from 300 to 631 in just a few days.
The fires in California destroy everything in their path
The fire brigade of 9000 firefighters has been fighting the mighty fire since November 8. So far, the fire has destroyed 9700 houses, an unimaginably number. Many of these houses are houses of famous people. Some of them show their burnt properties on their official social media accounts to show the enormity of the damage that happened to many people.

The fight is still going on
The fight that has been going on for over 8 days is still not over. Firemen who take part in it inform that they do not give up even for a second. It is now reported that 40% of the fire in County Butte was extinguished. We cannot forget about other areas such as Ventura County and the city of Los Angeles there and Contra Costa very close to San Francisco. The local fire services report that the fire is so powerful that it is most likely impossible to contain it before the end of the month.
