Not only electricity prices in Norway are up

According to the CPI index, not only electricity prices in Norway soared up. Food is also more expensive. In the period November 2017-November 2018 prices in this segment increased by 4,2%. Bearing in mind these increases, information about the increase minimum earnings is good news. We wrote more about the lowest wages here >>>

It is worth noting, however, that a large impact on statistical increase food prices had the market situation mutton. In November 2018 it was reported record big a jump in prices in this segment. More expensive clothing

We will also pay more, among others for clothing and footwear. Over the course of a yearu this product segment is more expensive by 2,6%. Airline tickets also became more expensive. All over year they are more expensive by 3,5%. Additionally it was noted 0,4% growth in this segment over the month - from October 2017 to October 2018 ticket prices were higher by 3,1%.

Average annual price increase airline tickets however, it is not authoritative. She had a great influence on this trend sudden raise last year. From October 2017 to November 2017 price level increased by 26,7%. This is largely reflected in the consideration of these statistics in terms of all year round.

What will the prices be in 2019?

It may be comforting to know that from a statistical point of view the coming year will not surprise you historic increases. It's hard to expect that e.g. electricity prices in Norway will grow at the same pace as before. If there are none spectacular events, moderate price jumps in all segments should be expected.
