In the Lubuskie Voivodeship, there was an accident in which a child was hit. A motorcyclist hit an 11-year-old girl and then fled the scene. The girl was taken to hospital. Her life is not in danger. The incident took place in the town of Niedoradz, located near Nowa Sól. Currently, Nowa Sól police are looking for the perpetrator of the incident.
How the accident occured?
The accident happened on November 11, around 15 p.m. Unfortunately, so far little is known about the circumstances of the incident. What is certain, however, is that an 11-year-old girl was hit by a motorcyclist. After the incident, he fled the scene of the accident. The girl who was hit was given first aid by witnesses of the event. It was they who also called the appropriate services. What is certain is that the victim will remain in the hospital for more than 7 days.

The motorcyclist who hit the girl and ran away is wanted by the police. To a large extent, precisely for this reason, not many details of the incident have been made public. At the same time, the policemen appeal to all who witnessed the incident to provide all information about it directly to the police in Nowa Sól.
For escaping from the scene - more severe penalties

The act of escaping from the scene of the accident and not helping the accident victim causes the punishment to be aggravated. At the same time, it is worth emphasizing that the consequences of such an act may not only be a penalty in the form of imprisonment, but also the loss of a driving license and a ban on driving a motor vehicle. The duration of the above-mentioned consequences is determined on the basis of the Code of Criminal Law.
