Tomasz Giza
Yesterday's broadcast on Radio Wataha hosted a wonderful man like Tomasz Giza. The man has been associated with bodybuilding for three years and has already won many titles. Bodybuilding is his great passion, in which you will read it in a moment. Łukasz talked to the athlete about him, but also about his plans related to Norway.
Dreams come true-Tomasz Giza
Tomasz Giza is an amazing man who told us about his beginnings with bodybuilding in yesterday's interview on Radio Wataha. His greatest dream has always been to take part in bodybuilding competitions. Due to the fact that they were associated with high costs, Tomek started his adventure related to bodybuilding competitions 3 years ago.
However, since the age of 14, he has been training strength sports with an emphasis on bodybuilding. At the very beginning, he began to take part in bodybuilding debuts. After them, he took a short break because he took 4th place there. Which many athletes, as well as Tomek himself, consider the worst place for an athlete. He came back after a year because he knew he could do better. Then he took 3rd place in juniors, 3rd place at the Polish Championships in seniors and this competition gave him the qualifying round for the European Championships. In the latter, he took 10th place. Then he took a longer, one and a half year break to come back and start living his passion at 100%!
Hard work makes perfect
Of course, during the interview, there was also a question about Tom's beginnings. The man started his general adventure with bodybuilding at the age of 14. The beginnings were not easy, because the athlete spent up to 3 hours a day training. Later, as Thomas' knowledge deepened, these workouts became shorter but more intense. Currently, when the athlete has a lot of knowledge and experience, he spends no more than 1,5 hours a day on training. If it is before the competition period, there are also posing trainings, which last 30 minutes on average, and cardio, which is systematically increased before the competition.
Tomasz Giza and his titles
After a longer break from the European Championships, which lasted 1,5 years, Tomek decided to take his passion seriously. Immediately after his return, the first, most significant titles for the athlete appeared. Mister Universum 2017 in Hamburg, several Polish Champion titles and the last competition won by Tomasz Giza were the World Championships in the Philippines.
