Holidays in Poland. Preparations for a holiday in Poland
Probably many of you are going to your hometown. Probably many of you stay in Norway. I belong to the first group. Every day that brings me closer to boarding the plane becomes stressful for me.
Goodbyes and returns
Last year, a week after starting life in a new place, my beloved Grandma passed away. She raised me to be the man I am. It is quite a difficult situation, because on the one hand I am glad to see the Family. On the other hand .. Probably some of you have similar feelings. Fighting your own emotions. Joy mixed with anxiety. The first vacation was not supposed to look like this .. But it must be like that. In order not to be stuck in sadness and nostalgia, I take care of the necessary matters.
Preparations for leave. Passport, ID, is everything there?
Packing. Contrary to appearances, I like this job. It's a little easier now because of the summer. It is not necessary to take loads of warm clothes. The suitcase is half empty to bring something nice from Lublin. Or maybe something interesting. Have a tasty meal. It remains to be seen :).
Cleaning. If you think I washed the windows, remember what I wrote recently. What's the rule? -Only for holidays! It is true that the vacation is only one week, but the apartment must be shiny. Okay, as much as to leave order!
Wait. This is probably the biggest nightmare. I can't sleep, so-so with food (my mother has it too - a few days before departure, and we act like zombies 😀). I am already wondering where I will go, who will I meet, how the time will pass. But also..
Will the flight be smooth? What does it look like during a pandemic?
I love to fly, so the very fact that I will rise above the clouds makes me excited. For the last moment, I leave the documents (although they are already ready) and organize my handbag. Mask! According to the regulations in force, at the airport and on the plane, each passenger must have their mouth and nose covered. You can get them at the airport or in the Norwegian pharmacy (as we did). Forewarned is forearmed. Earlier. Now there is only a moment, just a moment, to meet your loved ones.
