Young man shot in Oslo - badly injured
Mortensrud in Oslo on Thursday night after police were notified that someone had been shot.
- We can confirm that there was such an incident in Mortensrud, says operations manager Rune Hekkelstrand in the Oslo Police District.
Police say a young man was shot and suffered severe injuries as a result. The man was sent to hospital for further treatment. A witness at the scene said she heard six shots. Successive witnesses confirm the same.
Ammonia leak in industrial buildings in Bærum stopped
Four workers were evacuated Friday morning over an ammonia leak at an industrial building in Bærum. At 7.44, Oslo 110-central announced that the leak had been stopped. The leak took place in the room and the fire department has set a safe distance of 50 meters at the building. Four evacuees were examined on the spot by the health service.

Six Poles were fined on Thursday fish smuggling from Norway. In total, the six received almost 100 kroner in fines, which were accepted and paid. Two cars were stopped on Thursday at the border station in Kivilompolo on the border with Finland.
