Oslo police launched a murder investigation after a man in his 30s was stabbed at Københavngata in Oslo on Wednesday night.
- The case is being investigated as murder. So far, no one has been arrested in this case, reports Oslo police in a press release.
Police were notified at 2.45 am Wednesday night. The incident happened outside the Anker Apartments student residence on Rodeløkka in Oslo.
- The deceased is a man in his thirties. The perpetrator must have escaped shortly after the incident, police say.
There are witnesses who saw the incident
There were several witnesses to the incident and the police spoke to several of them.
"We're not going to go into the details of what they saw or described," says Hansen.
Witness Ingrid Groeggen, who lives in the student block on Rodeløkka, tells Avis Oslo that police forensics technicians were working on the upper floor on Wednesday morning.
