The state and the main trade unions NHO, LO and YS reached an agreement on the regulation of wages in the state.

The parties agree on a framework of 5,2% and a general salary supplement of NOK 7,50 per hour for all those involved in the negotiations.

– I am also glad that the agreement with LO and YS has contributed to reducing economic differences, and at the same time we have taken steps to ensure equal pay for women and men.

In agreement with Akademikerne, the entire framework must be negotiated locally.

In agreement with LO and YS, all pay levels receive an allowance of NOK 31 and 000% of total pay is reserved for local negotiations. The size of the local reserve is roughly the same as last year's contract.

The state is still negotiating with the Union, where the deadline is midnight on April 30.

The settlement in 2023 is an intermediate settlement in which only salary adjustments are negotiated.
