The President of the Republic of Poland has scheduled elections to the Sejm and Senate for October 15, 2023. Voters staying abroad and having valid Polish passports, and in the territory of European Union Member States and countries whose territory you can enter on the basis of ID - valid Polish ID cards, will be able to vote in voting districts established abroad.

- Voting will take place in person, at the headquarters of the district electoral commission.
- The list of districts where it will be possible to vote abroad has not been announced yet. In accordance with the electoral calendar, which is an annex to the decision of the President of the Republic of Poland to order elections, this will take place no later than 25 September 2023 by regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
- Announcements of the addresses of the headquarters of district electoral commissions in individual consular districts will also be made by consuls.
- After establishing voting districts abroad, territorially competent consuls will start preparing voter lists in individual voting districts. This means that voters from that moment on, they will be able to apply to be included in the electoral roll.
