The Meteorological Institute issued warning about slippery roads in eastern Norway and in some parts of Agder. On the same ones warnings were also issued in the areas floods.

– On snowy and icy roads should be expected mild weather and rain. This is expected to create very significant accessibility challenges. Consider whether you need to travel - we read in the appeal of meteorologists.
