Women and men face different hair problems. Each of us would like to have beautiful, dense, unbreakable, shiny and not falling out. Unfortunately, it is often different and our hair causes us great torment and everyday trouble with styling it.

Weak, thin and delicate

Having thin and weak hair is a torment for its owners. They are heavy to style, lack volume and look like baby hair. The advice to strengthen them is frequent undercutting or protein treatment. It is also worth nourishing them with homemade masks, which you can make, for example, from bananas or from a well-known egg that will give them shine.

No volume

If you get the volume of your hair only with the right cosmetics, it can be tiring and even expensive. Remember that the volume of your hair depends on its condition, condition and thickness, because if you have heavy and thick hair, it can be difficult to lift. Our mothers, when there was no access to such a wide range of cosmetic products as now, had to combine and used baking powder to lift their hair. So the next time you bathe your hair, apply a pinch of powder to the base of your hair and then blow-dry it. Guaranteed effect.

Often greasy hair

Do you even wash your hair every day, and at the end of the day it looks like it has not been in contact with water for over a week? Don't worry, many people suffer from this condition. There can be many reasons, even a wrong shampoo. Additionally, you can rinse the nettle extract once in a while, and any conditioners you use to strengthen the hair should only be applied to the ends.

The presence of dandruff

Do you suffer from dandruff? Are you ashamed to go out in a black blouse because its color enhances the sight of your nightmare? This is not only a health problem caused by fungal changes in your skin, but also an aesthetic one. IN we should go to the doctor firstto examine us, assess the condition of our skin and advise us to use the appropriate shampoo. Additionally, we can make a ginger cocktail at home. It has anti-inflammatory properties, so it will soothe skin irritations.

Falling out hair

Hair loss is a problem for every second person. It is said that one hundred healthy hair falls out a day, not more. However, if we have noticed excessive hair loss, we have a problem that should be eliminated as soon as possible. Keep in mind that hair loss does not always mean that it is unhealthy, it is often a sign from the body that something is wrong. Stress, care mistakes, improper hygiene, inadequate diet - all of these can be the reasons for this. A visit to a specialist is the first step to solving the problem, but there are also many home remedies for self-help, e.g. hair oiling, rubs, masks or nettle infusions.

One solution

Unfortunately, there is no golden mean that will help us solve all problems with our hair. Fortunately, however, there is a solution for each of them. However, it should be remembered that the problem will not disappear immediately and you need time and systematic work to fix it.
