The Polish School in Moss is already working at full speed. Last Saturday, October 27, within the walls of the facility, all children who were just starting their education were registered as students.

Last Saturday was marked by fitting in with the student - such ceremonies were organized by both Polish School in FredrikstadAnd Polish School in Moss. For the first graders, these are unique events, because they are a symbol of detachment from children's play and carelessness that they left behind in kindergarten.
The director greeted the audience
Fitting in as a student began with the official greeting of the headmistress Izabela Bielińska. She read a poem in which the profile of the ideal student was presented. Then the official part of the ceremony began, preceded by a short introduction to welcome the first graders.

A short exam
Polish School in Moss it's a community, a kind of family. New students can always count on the help of their older colleagues. It was also emphasized that the greatest duty of the student is to study. Before it was possible to join the family, however, first graders had to pass a short exam. These were riddles and questions - the candidates for a student had to guess and answer them all!
- It stands in the classroom or hangs on the wall, everyone writes on it with chalk during the lesson.
- It has a pencil, a few crayons, a pen, markers and an eraser.
- Please don't be late! I hate latecomers! It's time to start the school day when I call - ring, ring, ring!
- He runs and jumps on the blackboard, drawing white characters onto the table. Do you all know or guess who is this?
- How should you behave in school, in the classroom and in the hallway?
- Where do children borrow books to read?
The series of questions ended with a countdown to ten and a task to try to smile. Each of the matched students had to take a sip of the "drink of wisdom." The children were given a glass, but it was only a little to pass the test. The task was accomplished and some daredevils chose to empty the whole glass of the "drink of wisdom"!

Oath
Passing the above examination entitled to submit vows. Polish School in Moss is a source of pride for every student, but without taking official vows it is not possible to join and form a school family! The children, standing at attention, uttered all the necessary words:

- I will learn at school and love my homeland!
