Fire of the Nav building in Enebakk. Unfortunately, Easter was not happy and joyful everywhere. On the night of Sunday to Monday (April 21-22, 2019) there was a fire in the Nav building in Norway. The event took place exactly in the picturesque village of Enebakk - in the Akershus region. Who is behind arson? The investigation is ongoing.

Nav fire - in Norway - in search of the culprit

Fire Nav (Norwegian Employment Agency and Social Welfare) in Enebakk took place on the night from Sunday to Monday and spread very quickly. Moreover, two hours after the incident (around 2 a.m.), the fire brigade was called to extinguish a fire in a single-family house near the above-mentioned NAV headquarters. Intensive investigation ongoing. According to police findings, the two fires are not related.

Set fire to the Nav building - suspects arrested

The fire was extinguished very quickly - no injuries were reported fatalities. A few hours after the incident, two men who may be related to this case were detained. However, the police do not provide detailed information. Until specific charges are brought, the investigation is closed - no information is provided to the media or the public.

Recently, there are more and more fires. The Norwegian services (both the police in Norway and the fire service) have a lot to do. The police recommends extreme caution and prudence.
