Fuel prices in Norway

I drove to the gas station yesterday. I rubbed my eyes in surprise... again. Fuel prices they jump up again. This trend seems to have no end. 17.31 – another increase. Where do the rates come from? Do we have anything to worry about?

Fuel prices in Norway - reasons for the increase?

Reasons for growth fuel prices can be very different. The basic link in changes in rates is:

Experts: "It hasn't been that bad in 15 years!"

The situation is serious. Finance and economy experts say with one voice: "It hasn't been this bad for 15 years." At the moment, there is no indication that this situation will change in the coming months. Simultaneously gas station employees to their words of opposition customers admit that they have virtually no influence on this state of affairs. The increase in fuel prices is an economic problem that affects not only Norway, but also other European countries.

Are there any reasons for concern? What do the Norwegians say?

Growing fuel prices are a fact. Moreover, the changes are happening very quickly. We can observe differences in prices practically from week to week. But is the situation so tragic? It turns out that, contrary to appearances, not. Norwegians are calm. With average Norwegian earnings there is no need to panic yet. For an hour of work of a Norwegian, we can buy 15 liters of fuel. Doesn't it sound bad? I reached out to the language of my Norwegian friends.

Lars: "Yes, fuel is getting more expensive. However, a car is necessary. Taking this into account attention I don't feel these changes that strongly yet.

Kari: " We pay more for fuel - but it does not have a bad effect on my family's home budget! ”.

Rising fuel prices - what do Poles say?
