According to Norwegian media,  at least 600.000 Norwegian email addresses and passwords are out of control on the Internet. What actions were taken in this situation?

– what else do we know?

Leaked passwords are related to ministries, offices, government and municipal structures, Norwegian education, agencies, enterprises. political parties, congregation forces, hospitals and medical facilities. Although specialists are already working on solving the problem, the scale of the losses is quite large. There is a risk that the data could fall into the wrong hands.

– the matter is serious!

Olav Skard Jørgensen, head of the National Cybercrime Center, admitted in an interview with Adresseavisen that this situation cannot be underestimated in any way:

In the case of companies and enterprises, their passwords are available online employees can provide direct access to key company information. This may, of course, cause financial losses for companies or even irreparably harm their interests.”

. The security manager at Nordic Choice Hotels and one of Norway's leading password experts says the scale of the changes is so large that it will take many weeks or even months to correct the situation.

“The amount of data that has entered the network is enormous, and its use by unauthorized persons can have a huge impact. The leak is so large that it takes days, weeks or even months to realize what a serious situation we are in and what consequences this could have for society, politics, the economy, the judiciary, the police and the military.
