The Ministry of Health introduces requirements for an entry quarantine upon entry, e.g. from Italy and the Östergötland region in Sweden from 6 December.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare introduces new quarantine requirements on entry to Norway for people who do not have a valid, verifiable coronation certificate . The entry quarantine concerns Italy, San Marino, the Vatican City State and Malta, as well as the Östergötland region in Sweden. This is due to press release ministries on Friday.

Entry quarantine applies to travelers from red, dark red and gray countries. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are exempt from entry quarantine regardless of where they come from.

For all travelers, the entry quarantine may be shortened by a negative PCR test result. The test must be done no earlier than three days after arrival.
