Ninja in Polish - on the way to victory ...
Natalia and Paula are preparing for the European Championships. They will take part in two obstacle course competitions. First Short for 3 kilometers with 15-20 obstacles and Ninja - 100 meters full of obstacles. Our heroines have arrived at Norwegians from Poland already a few years ago. Thanks to the help and great support of two friends, Michael and Tomek, they began to function sports and professionally in the land of fjords. Along the way, they encountered great kindness from the Norwegian Polish community, who still believed in them and supported them.
How are the preparations for the competition going?
In fact, the girls prepare for two important events of the year. The above-mentioned European Championships in June and the Polish Championships, which take place in August. Trainings last practically all the time, continuously - 12 months a year. They improve in terms of strength, endurance, speed, dexterity, and grip. There are many important and training ones.
Natalia Cicha, Paula Kulig - Ninja in Polish - what is climbing?
Wall climbing helps girls prepare for the competition. It strengthens them physically and conditionally. However, it is a form of activity for everyone. It gives a lot of satisfaction. With each training, we are able to overcome more difficult, more demanding walls. It is also a fun way to spend your free time after work - to relax and unwind. Listen to the conversation:
