On Wednesday, May 10, young and old gather in Tillerparken – for an intergenerational competition. Tillerparken, as the name suggests, is located on Tiller - more precisely on the Harald Torps road towards Movollen.
Who can participate? Anyone who wants. You too.

Everyone is cordially invited
Generation Games is an event with activities that contribute to integration between generations. Tasks are tailored to local conditions, examples include volleyball, ladder golf, tug of war, quizzes and basketball. Last year, such games were organized in 18 Norwegian municipalities.
Schools and associations in the local community are now invited to participate in the first Generation Games in Trondheim. All others who have the opportunity to join in the fun are also welcome to Tillerparken. The more people come, the more interesting it will be. The goal is to gather at least a thousand people of all ages.
Municipal director Morten Wolden will open the games at 10.
Informal and fun
At the start, teams will be divided into teams of 5-8 participants each. The team runs an activity path with fun exercises and tasks that are suitable for everyone. Participants do not need to train or wear sports clothes beforehand.
Generation Games in Tillerparken are the result of a collaboration between Sjetne Frivilligsentral, Tillerbyen Frivilligsentral, AktiVM, Pensjonistforbundet as well as the Aging-Friendly Center and the Municipality of Trondheim.
