By resolution of August 8, 2023, the President of the Republic of Poland ordered elections to the Sejm and Senate, which will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023.
Voters residing in Norway and having valid Polish passports and/ or valid Polish ID cards will be able to vote in the established voting circuits.
Voting will take place personally at the offices of district electoral commissions 15 October 2023 year in hours from 7: 00 21 to: 00.
By the Regulation of September 14, 2023 on the establishment of voting districts in the elections to the Sejm and the Senate in 2023 for Polish citizens residing abroad (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1884), the Minister of Foreign Affairs established 11 Districts in Norway Electoral Commissions.

Register on the electoral roll abroad
e-Elections is an electronic service provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, used by voters to register for voter lists prepared by consuls abroad.
On September 15, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs announced Regulation of September 14, 2023 on the establishment of voting districts in the elections to the Sejm and the Senate in 2023 for Polish citizens residing abroad (Journal of Laws, item 1884).
Using the Service e-Elections in order to register for the voter roll will be possible until the 5th day before election day, i.e. until October 10, 2023
REMEMBER! When registering for elections, you must provide yours accurate and correct data:
- name names,
- last name,
- date of birth,
- PESEL number,
- type and details of a valid identity document (passport or ID card),
- residential address abroad,
- e-mail adress,
- telephone number (including the country code, e.g.: UK: +44, PL: +48).
