The downpour over Poznań caused numerous losses. On Wednesday, firefighters intervened over 120 times in the entire province of Wielkopolska. They were most often involved in pumping out water, which in Poznań flooded, among others, the basements of the hospital at ul. Przybyszewskiego, the track under the Kaponiera roundabout or the school at ul. Knightly. The road situation left much to be desired, heavy rains paralyzed the traffic: cars and trams were trapped under the viaducts. There is also a problem with traffic lights at the intersections of Grunwaldzka with Jeleniogórska, Słowiańska with Mieszko I and Marcelińska with Bułgarska.
It was not without dangerous incidents
