Karin Andersen, a spokeswoman for immigration policy, has a great distance to the plans presented by Prime Minister Erna Solberg. The spokesman believes that the government's action is inconsistent because it first limited the number of hours of learning Norwegian for immigrants, and now wants to make them compulsory. Additionally, Andersen adds that the government should focus on learning Norwegian, but in the case of people who have lost their right to social assistance. Activation of immigrants and their support is very important and necessary, although the state should focus on them more individually.
