  • Employees who perform cleaning for private companies that sell cleaning services they must be paid by the hour minimum: NOK 187,66.

  • Workers under the age of 18 who clean for private companies that sell cleaning services must have an hourly wage of at least NOK 139,62.

  • Qualified employees: NOK 195,20

  • For production workers: NOK 183,70

  • Employees over the age of 17 who have worked for 12 weeks in the company must be paid according to the pay groups to which their work belongs.

School youth retain the acquired experience working in the same industry from year to year. Work experience completed as young employees applies after the age of 18 and is the basis for obtaining qualifications.

W workplaces with shift work, the hourly rate is:

  • Double shift work: 20% minimum pay rates
  • Three-shift work: 25% of the minimum wage
