Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups of milk

Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites with salt until stiff.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and beat until light in color.
Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl with the yolks, mix.
Add melted butter and milk, mix thoroughly.

Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with butter or oil.
Put a spoonful of dough in the center of the waffle iron and close it.
