Bjørnar Moxnes, leader of the Rødt Party, believes that the human resources industry is a system of social dumping. That's why he wants to ban agencies temporary work in all industries. Moxnes said in his speech at the Rødt national meeting on Friday that on construction sites in eastern Norway is no longer able to employ workers by employment agencies.

According to Rødt-leider, this is an important victory for the trade union movement and for the Rødt Party. Moxnes maintains that the personnel industry is a system of social dumping.

The first proposal Moxnes and Rødt made to the Storting was to ban temporary agency work in the construction industry. The ban went into effect on April 1.

Currently, the Rødt Party also wants to introduce a ban employment by employment agencies temporary work in industries such as healthcare and industry throughout Norway.

Moxnes argues that by banning temporary employment agencies, the human resources industry will disappear and the number of permanent jobs will increase.
