Several thousand people are waiting for a refund after delayed train journeys. Last week, Vy processed 2000 refund requests.

On the lines in recent weeks railways in eastern Norway There were signal failures and power outages. If your train is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you can ask for a refund of your ticket, he writes P4.

- At the moment, unfortunately, we have several thousand cases queued - says press spokesman Gina Scholz in Vy.

The company handled 2000 cases last week, but reimbursement claims continue to flow in.

"It may take a few days to several weeks before you get a reply, because there are many such cases," says Scholz.

Vy has now invested additional resources to streamline case processing, but admits there is still a long way to go.
