It was she who took the E39 road connection from Kristiansand to Trondheim on the candlestick. The construction and its plan is to create a ferry-free connection between the above-mentioned cities, and its length is to be as much as 1100 km.

The 39 km long E1100 road will consist of the deepest and longest submarine tunnel in the world. The tunnel will be 27 km long and will run between Stavanger and Haugalandet. Its deepest point will be located at a depth of 392 meters below the seabed. For many people, this information may seem like a lot of abstraction, but the project has been largely accepted, and its architects assume that the construction will be put into use as early as 2025 or 2026.

The cost of the entire investment is estimated at a trivial amount of money, which is NOK 340 billion. What will the Norwegians gain from the E39? First of all, the road connection will close the country's busiest ferry connection, the connection between Martavika and Arsvågen. By the way, we cannot forget about planning works, because they also cost a lot the entire investment. It is estimated that 1,2 billion kronor has been spent on planning alone to date.

There are already floating bridge structures in the world, because the USA and Norway have them. There are as many as five such bridges planned along the E39 route, and in order not to rest on their laurels, the architects of the project have also planned the construction of three suspension bridges. CNN adds that if the Norwegians manage to build this ambitious, expensive, but also original structure, then they have a chance to break through China, South Korea or Italy. Recall that these countries are also working on similar projects.
