How it's done?

Step 1; preparation of ingredients

Start by cutting the chicken breasts into medium-sized pieces. Then chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Cut the red pepper into strips or cubes.

Step 2; frying

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic and ginger. Fry over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent. Then add the chicken pieces and fry until golden on all sides.

Step 3; adding spices

Add curry paste, turmeric, cumin and coriander to the fried chicken. Mix everything together so that the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.

Step 4; adding coconut milk and tomatoes

Add coconut milk and canned tomatoes to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 5; seasoning and serving

At the end of cooking, season the curry with salt and pepper to taste. If you like spicy food, you can add a bit of hot pepper or chili. Ready meal sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander.
